On 11th October 2020, mr. Kim purchased an ipad along with a keyboard, apple pencil, and many other accessories from Apple store at Garosu street, which is the first official apple store in South Korea. Mr. Kim called the store to get a refund of one of the accessories that was purchased, an iPhone 11 case, and was told to visit the store with a receipt that is 2 weeks old and the credit card he used. So, he went back to the Apple store with both the receipt and the credit card, but was asked for a different request. He had to bring all the items that was purchased to get a refund. He was confused with the different request, and he had to bring all the items that was purchased to get a refund. Apple store stated that the items cannot be refunded individually when it was purchased with other items. For an individual item refund, the customer should refund everything and purchase the others again. But, even though mr. Kim brought all the items, he got rejected by the store.
